Superb

Good but paid wifi is a scam

The hotel itself was nice - the room had a fun layout and a good TV that was movable and had many channels

The WiFi was somewhat predatory - it didn't have a confirmation screen so it's easy to accidentally hit the paid wifi and be charged for it.

Staff AMAZING! Good location. Bring your own bedding and towels. Great martinis! Crappy breakfast service.

The staff was soooooooo nice!!! Literally, everyone who work there is the best. The bartenders make excellent martinis!!! Located near a really fun piano bar Zebras. Lots of other bars and restaurants near by too .

The bedding, the bed and short little towels are so heavily bleached it made my husband and I break out. Also, the bathroom/toilet was RIGHT next to the bed. No fans. Kinda weird. And no coffee machines in the rooms. No one wants to go downstairs, straight out of bed, to get anything.

Always love this hotel for its location and style

The F&B offerings are basically non existent. And the staff doesnt seem to have a good way of messaging whats going on. The lack of dining and late night food/in-room options leaves me considering staying elsewhere on my next visit.

Disappointing

Great location, atmosphere was lovely, front desk workers were very personable. THE TV did not work

The dining room was pleasant.

The food was cold, and we were never offered more coffee after the first cup.

A wonderful hotel in a super location

The room was spacious, the sheets and pillows on the bed were extremely soft and luxurious; the staff was friendly and the hotel lobby and library was inviting.
