    A fabulous, comfortable stay with great vibes.
    Cozy, with authentic arabic influence food is great and staff are fabulous . Muataz in reception was fabulous and a great help he was super helpful and kind while we were bombarding him with our none stop questions

    soundproofing is insufficient, all sounds are heard. on Saturday morning at 6 am, the cleaners are vacuuming. a very strong smell of food wafted up from the dining room to the second floor. the rooms seem to be about 100 years old, all dirty and dirty. the air conditioner creaks strongly, avoid this hotel. and very expensive

    Very pleasant & helpful receptionists (Mutaz & Noha). we would definitely consider staying here again.
    Quiet location not too far from Old City.
    Wi-Fi was poor to start with. one or two furnishings a little shabby/not working.
