Room was compact but nice, good size shower. Pool looked great but we werent lucky with the weather. Breakfast was great

Hotel needs renovation
The location and pools were nice. Its great that they bring your luggage from the ferry straight to the hotel - very convenient.
The hotel is extremely dated and needs significant renovation to be up to the standards of a five star hotel. The staff was also rather unhelpful

Really great room - received free upgrade on arrival. Pool and location were great. Staff at hotel were nice & helpful, especially when ferry was cancelled.
Some facilities not available as I travelled 'out of season' - this would have been good to know before booking. No responses to message prior to arrival was frustrating.

Really enjoyed our stay, great location and views.
Wonderful views from our room, breakfast was excellent and location very good. The bar was also excellent for a late night drink.
A couple of the staff were less than friendly - guy handing out the pool towels claimed that we hadn't returned our towels the previous day when we had & reception wanted to charge us for a bottle of water when the guy who showed us to our room told us it was complimentary. Small but annoying little things when we were paying top dollar for the room.

Beautiful hotel in a great location
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. It's walking distance from the ferry (on a nice path along the water). When you arrive via ferry, someone with a sign from the hotel will be waiting to take your luggage, as you continue walking along the path to the hotel. It has multiple pools, excellent views, rooms were clean, overall a really great experience.

We liked the room and the location of the hotel as it was short walk to the city center
The reception staff were very unpleasant. As soon as we arrived to the hotel by car, the staff rushed us to take the bags out of the car even trying to open our boot. The only that were actually nice were the cleaning ladies.
