    Terrible lots stairs no notice to this , invasive staff walking in, hot room no sleep , wind noise,
    Bed comfort microwave
    Shower broken, given top floor 5 flights stairs no notice, very small lift room. Extremely hot with heater off wind noise window open no sleep , cleaner entered room no knocking while in bed before checkout time and stood there staring. Excuse made by management.

    Hood location and room for an affordable price, improvements needed on the cleaning front.
    The location was great, the room size was perfect! Amenities in the rooms kitchenette were very good. The contact free check-in and key free system is great!
    The bath was sadly full of hairs.. The nightstands had a thick layer of dust.. Besides it was clean.

    Absolutely fantastic.
    This is my favourite place to stay in Brighton. I have stayed in this particular place a total of 4 times and each time the room is well-designed, clean, spacious, well-equipped with really comfy and wam bed. The location is fantastic, from some rooms you can see the sea, near interesting, independent shops, restaurants and cafes.
    A minor, minor point, there was no much toilet roll left out, not enough to last 4 days, so I bought my own in the end. The reason this stands out is that everything else about the place is outstanding.

    Excellent room
    Comfortable bed, access to a little balcony, kitchennette and a useful little fridge. I was upgraded to this room by Booking Genius.
    The room was good enough, nothing bad to say though I would have appreciated an addapter for European plugs.

    Good location for my needs
    Room was on very top floor , lots of stairs, no lift Room was not very clean Floor needed a good Hoover there was hair and crumbs on the floor Both bedside tables were sticky Area around sink needed wiping down There was no hairdryer I'd previously stayed here and was in the basement room one small flight of stairs I was pleased with this room but was disappointed on this last occasion

    Accessible location, quiet and well equipped. Attentive staff.
    Rather draughty window and not very warm radiator meant the room needed an additional electric fan heater to make it comfortable. A little more TLC would have been nice.
