    Good hotel with decent facilities for a couple of nights
    Good breakfast with enough choice. Larger fitness than usual in hotels. Located in a safe neighbourhood
    Rooms are getting old and some parts of the bathroom should be renovated.

    Great staff, poor facilities
    The breakfast was very decent. The hotel staff were very approachable.
    The room did not live up to my expectations despite paying for a premium one. I stayed in room 1406. There were three sockets in the lounge area out of which only one worked. The other was in the toilet. The inside door handle was loose and I had to improvise a pin to fasten it to the door. The toilet didn't flush properly and it took up to four times to clean it. Although there was a kettle and tea, the tray was dusty and had to be moved to one of the sockets as there was not none close to the desk. The air conditioning didn't work and instructions weren't provided. I couldn't order food from my room as there was not a menu or a directory of numbers to call the room service. The water pressure was weak and the small shower head made showering quite an experience. The room was definitely not worth what I paid.

    dirty! And expensive..
    staff members cant help it. exceptionally bad management.
    Filthy cushion and mattress, filthy carpet (no wifi in the room). I didnt sleep because of the noice and flickering light in the room and a machine hanging just outside the room. Booked under flexible conditions but they didnt want to cancel when I asked (a week before!), when I got there they charged me more than said on Booking. Than start reading some reviews; a lot of them negative, with exactly the same complains, meaning the didnt do anything about it. Also they dont want to give me back (a part of) the money. Im charged more than 100 dollar for this.. What makes me write this, is the totally indifference response. By the way, I never wrote a bad review before, in general hotels are great around here, also hostels and such. Note 2: cleaning cant help this, the few things they can do in general, they did (I think). Note 3: Amerian in Catamarca is good; old fashioned in a nice and clean way and cozy.)

    Comfortable stay with good breakfast, wifi could be better
    Easy to reach location near to major attractions, shopping area. Breakfast very good with ample choice of sweet and salty items (including cheese, egg, ham). Room was adequate and not noisy although on side of the street.
    Was difficult to find a taxi to the airport. Wifi was weak.

    I would come back. Overall it was a very nice hotel.
    Nice hotel in a very convenient location to everything. Calle Florida, Pacifico Mall and Puerto Madero are all at walking distance. The staff was also very friendly.
    No smart TV or possibility to watch TV in English.

    Comfortable room and friendly staff but the rest is not to my expectations. Not a 4 star service
    Concierge - Porter service was very professional. Upon check in friendly porter/concierge stored my luggage and assisted me with directions.
    Breakfast was not to my expectation. I arrived for breakfast in the morning. There was no eggs and bacon available. Not good. Check out process is horrible. Took 15 minutes to check out.
