    The best place in the heart of Dharamshala
    The location is amazing and the view from the room is fantastic. I really also liked the included buffet style breakfast. The food was incredible and there was a lot of variety.
    I really can't identify anything I didn't like. It was a great stay.

    It was a great stay overall and we would definitely recommend.
    Location, size of the room, the view, the service. We loved the breakfast and the Labooze bar was a good addition.
    Air conditioning was variable and noisy at times. Some air conditioning units from other rooms were outside our window so if those rooms were occupied, they were also noisy when working. The choice of food and drink in the Labooze bar was a bit limited and didnt match the menu - we didnt eat in the main restaurant in the evening.

    Hotel in NEED of proper maintenance, repair and cleaning standards, lots of patchwork repairs.
    The property is conveniently located in Mcleodganj. Bedding was clean.The staff were really accommodating and helpful. Breakfasts were good.
    Property is in NEED of maintenance, repairs and proper cleaning. I changed rooms two times, because the first rooms shower head was broken, the shower curtain had mould, it was infested with gnats coming through the drain on the floor and the door wouldnt close. My room was changed and upgraded, cleanliness was better and bathroom facilities were functioning. I was placed in a room next to the plumbing facilities, the room was so noisy during the night from the floor above having showers and flushing the toilet. I couldnt sleep the whole night. The following night I was moved to one of the executive rooms, which was much better and in good condition.

    Location is good.
    Room was very small and unclean. Terrible room service. Food - less said the better. They have no sense of how to serve customers. Room staff is unexperienced. Room literally stinks. Cockroaches and bed bugs all around. Bathroom is small and so dirty. No facilities whatsoever. Breakfast is just okay and is Served cold! Pathetic experience.
