Great location. Lovely staff. The vibes were very young and friendly. Having a drag bar downstairs was a bonus, was such a fun vibe to come back to. Nice size room with the basic needs, as a pretty reasonable price for the location.
Sadly when we went there was scaffolding, so we didn't get the view we paid for and couldn't use the balcony. The only other issues for me were how small the elevator was, and that the bathroom was a little less clean then I would have liked.

Nice hotel parking a little nightmare.
Great location by the side of Brighton pier easy to get to the city also and was a great night out in the town for my partners birthday.
We didn't get such a warm welcome from the 1 staff member in the day time , found him to be a little rude and not as professional as the afternoon staff who were there when we got back , slight attitude when I struggled for directions to get to this hotels parking facilities on the street as they were all mainly no entry, so respectfully asked for some help and was brushed off with well if you decide to park here that's upto you , if not find your own parking facility , this was in front of my partner which I found a little disappointed with. Otherwise lovely hotel
