    The place is good as well as the room. It had two queen-size beds. The staff reacted to our requests pretty fast. The hot water in the bathroom is really hot. And blankets are very warm.
    There was cold weather in Dalat these days, but the hotel was not ready for that. First, there is ceramic floor in the room which is cold itself. Moreover, the window couldn't be closed properly, so cold air was getting in all the time. It could be ok, if there was any heater, but there wasn't, and being there was freezing. There was a kettle in the room, but neither cups nor teaspoons, just one glass. So making a cup of tea or coffee required some creativity. You have to pay extra fee if you take water bottles, toothbrushes and toothpaste (just like minibar), which is a bit unusual and upsetting, comparing to other places we'd been to.
