I booked this accommodation and it was the wrong dates of my trip. As result I didn't stay there. I tried to contact the customer service and explain what had happened and if they could do anything regarding rearrange my booking or even offer a special rate. But they didn't care that I made this mistake and just ignore my email. I totally understand the reservation was non refunded but I was still going to Koh lipe and I would love to stay there anyways, But the lack of customer service made me book a different accommodation. I do believe this is a good resort, but if you ever have a problem and need the customer service to act, this didn't happen.

Very good

The location is good, just next to walking street, you can enjoy the sunset with get one for one free cocktail during happy time.

Tooooo cold! The air con seems can not be turned up. Too many mosquitoes.

1. Convenient location 2. Friendly staff 3. Ideal spot for sunrise 4. Close to boat transfer

1. Pool was not clean / a lot of debris on the surface of the pool 2. The slippers in the room were not complimentary/ most major beach resorts would provide beach slippers for free. I noticed many guests that packed the slippers into their bags including myself. In the future if the beach slippers are not complimentary, please clearly state this in the room so that guests are aware of this in the future
