    The location is good.
    The check-in take long time people are queuing for check-in. My room ready 4.30pm, then we ask for late checkout because we need to wait for check-in. The cleanliness just ok.

    The apartment is comfortable for my kids and the surrounding area easy to find restaurant. The facilities is clean and kids enjoy swimming pool to the maximum
    The karaoke need to be upgrade in terms of sound system and the songs is outdated

    Spacious and near to the beach. Stayed for the new year and can see firework from our balcony.

    1. Just a walking distance to picnic area 2. Clean towel n toiletteries
    1. I booked the unit with kitchen facilities. But there is no facilities. As such we have to ask for all the kitchenatte n microwave oven. Sadly, the refigerator is in mad condition. 2. The parking ceiling have cracks that rain water sips through n the corrosive water drop on cars and damaged the car paint. We are suprised the management failed to addressed this issues because it occurs at do many areas especially in Block C.

    A lot of mosquito. Even it's been refurbished a bit, but still got some stain. Also the room quite gloomy. Not enough light.
