Unpleasant stay. Unprofessional staff. Rooms need fixing and upgrading, Dining area unkempt.

Had two rooms: Room 15 : Bathroom door did not close fully. Person using toilet facility can be seen seated on toilet seat through huge gap in door from the bedroom section. So, door size was smaller No privacy. No soap stand in shower. Had to place all essentials on floor in shower. Bed duvet was looking shoddy as if bed was never made up. Wavy with lots of indents. Milk for coffee or tea in room not replaced from day 2 onwards. Tiny frog infestation. Room 18 : Wasp nest on outside at back of room. Bathroom door not closing. Front door hard to open or close. Milk for coffee or tea in room not replaced from day 2 onwards. Tiny frog infestation.

Its a beautiful location with loads of potential, but for the current state, it was not worth the price we paid. Felt li

Swimming pool area was nice. The size and setup of the room was good. Dinner and breakfast were okay

The family suite we stayed in was falling apart from the outside and dated inside. The carpet had a strong smell and the room had no views at all. For the price we paid, we expected more. I understand some of these issues will be sorted once the renovations are completed.
