its nearby to the beach

1- its not clean at all, the towels and the bedsheet. 2- the furniture, walls everything needs to be repaired. 3- hotel is in real bad condition

Disappointing

The only think resort is in the name.

Nothing! Just the location is fantastic, 2 mins walk from Oxford Supermarket. The pool in the middle is big, if it is maintained (which was not).

The only think resort is in the name. It is a very basic hotel with very old rooms. I had a basic wooden bed with a basic mattress that was not really hotel comfortable. The manager told that the swimming pool is not being maintained , so use it at your own risk. The rook did not feel tidy and clean, there was an unused fridge in my room that was dirty smelly and rusty. The bathroom has water flow issue, so it never felt dry and tidy.
