    Simply sublime!
    Olivia and Michael welcome you into their beautiful period home. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and furnished. A very comfortable bed ensured a restful nights sleep. Excellent breakfast - a wide choice of locally sourced ingredients beautifully prepared and presented. The house is situated within walking distance of the beach, the Old Town, and a wide choice of good restaurants.

    Lovely stay, have already recommended to friends.
    The friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. The breakfast. The decor was in character with the house and gave the house a friendly cosy feel. The extra little touches like fresh milk in the room for cups of tea and home baked cookies in the room.
    I cannot think of anything we did not like about our stay at Anne's House.

    Absolutely everything was perfect. Beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. Charming hosts and quiet location. Couldnt have been better!

    Absolutely wonderful stay
    The accommodation was extremely well furnished and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfasts were superb, especially the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and the selection of jam, marmalade and honey to accompant toast and croissants. We especially liked the varied selection of books in the bedroom and in the lounge and would have liked more time to read them!
    The hills in Hastings - but I don't thnk the hosts could do anything about that!!

    Everything was perfect. The hostess was really nice, she prepared a really good and nice breakfast. Room cute and really clean. The bathroom was amazing. You can reach everything just walking. We really recommend it.

    Annes House is a beautiful place to stay; we could not have wished for more.
    There is absolutely nothing to dislike. This is an exceptional B&B; the best we have ever stayed in.
