    The view from the bedroom on the first floor (ground floor) is directly on a wall so its a bit dark but for the price its still worth it The bed was not the most comfy we had during our trip, but again its more than acceptable for the price.

    For the price i paid, this room was absolutely massive, felt more like a suite. Had closet, big loving room-type space, a giant balcony. I didn't use the facilities though they were great.

    Location wasnt that good, the apartment had a weird vine and for some reason we had a window right above our bad with a view of the hall are where other visitors can see everything inside, host said that he can organise a breakfast for us, but when we asked about that we were told to go the restaurant

    Very helpful and frienly host, modern apartment, close to the beach. We are all in all satisfied.
    The communication with the host was easy and he was very nice and helpful. We liked the stylish and modern apartment and it was very close to the beach. It was easy to extend our stay. We are very satisfied.
    Because of the air conditioner, we heard water dropping out. But after a while we could ignore the sound, it was not that bad.

    Very nice location Kind host and cozy house where you can feel the home of Vietnam Thank you so much for being a careful host who takes care of small food every morning. She's a warm host who always welcomes me with a smile The room is comfortable and the windows are big, so it is well ventilated The bathroom is clean, too The bedding is soft, so it's great to sleep in It's so nice to have a washing machine and a dryer on the five floor It is really hard to find a house with room condition at this price in Danang So I strongly recommend this place if you are going to stay in Da Nang If I visit Da Nang again, I will definitely come back

    Really nice location in a quieter neighbourhood, lovely coffee shops nearby, great food spot down the road called "Bao An". 10 mins walk from beach. Really comfortable studio apartment with balcony. We were sad to leave.

    Not clean Lizard in the room Bathroom was not equipped Fry pan kept was not for induction so made it unusable Small towels Overall very poor experience. Also the hotel management kept making some change to the booking that generated 100s notifications on the app and email!

    Wouldve been lovely if it wasnt for the bugs
    Quite a good location near the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Shower was hot and powerful and shampoo and shower gel provided. Spacious room.
    The room had a lot of bugs, there were flying ants coming through the wall and onto the bed as well as a couple of cockroaches. The Wi-Fi wasnt very strong.

    The place is very nice and has a good location, it's near everything! The internet is very fast. There is a cafe at the nearby corner that serves really good coffee and host that speaks English. The place is very clean and homey. We firmly believe what made this place special is the host and her family, Family is very kind and generous. Communicating with them in English won't be a problem. As a tourist, the host makes sure that we get to see the best Da Nang has to offer. If we're back in Da Nang, for sure, without a doubt we will book this place again.
