    Overall good, a bit overpriced.
    The property is very quiet, inside what seems to be a park. I liked that inside a big city like Rome, such a space exists to get in touch with nature. The room is very minimalist, with just the basic forniture and there is no minibar in the room. The shower in my room needs a bit of maintenance, because the glass door didnt close. Basic toiletries are provided and the room is cleaned every day. I enjoyed breakfast a lot: even if it was not a grand buffet, a bit of salty and sweet options were available and the atmosphere was very warm, relaxed and overall cozy. The food was also good and fresh.

    Overall, I think it is a bit overpriced for what it offers. Dogs are allowed, but cant be left in the room alone (which is a bit weird), apparently due to some previous negative experiences. I didnt let mine, but I dont think anybody checks if the dog is inside.

    Nice place to stay when it's warm in Rome and you want to have a swimming pool
    We really like the hotel restaurant (the food was to die for) and the swimming pool. Kiss chef to the hotel employee, always helpful and friendly.
    The bedroom was a little outdated and the toilet flush was leaking and noisy. The breakfast was ok but considering the options in the Bakeries outside the hotel, I would advise to skip it.

    Overall nice hotel with a great pool
    The pool was big and clean and well needed in the heat, also not too crowded. Our room was very clean and spacious with AC and tv and a mini fridge. The restaurant in the hotel next doors (ristorante da Luigi at hotel orto di Roma) was great!
    The outdoor area, house building and garden could need a bit more love and restoration, it looked like the place once has been thriving but maybe got run down after the pandemic and now trying to build up again. Some of the staff were nicer than others. The breakfast was ok but could be better with less sweet options and more savory. The Ristorante Palmieri was only average (go to the other restaurant next doors) Its about 40-50 minutes to the city center with public transport and 20 min by car, easy to get taxi during the day but not during the evening.

    Wonderful stay with friendly staff, an oasis of green and lovely restaurant
    The staff and the evening restaurant. Perfect!! Receptionist is lovely, pool very clean. We shall be back!!
    Maybe the breakfast x I would have love to see some smoothies, eggs, fresh orange juice

    The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, when had a problem with the plugs and a charger from another country, at reception they looked everywhere to find a converter and when could not find it they provided us with both an apple and an android charger to use while we stay there. The stay wss very comfortable and the property was just beautiful.
    The distance to the tourist areas is alittle far, although in day time you can easily choose between cabs, buses and metro, if you decide to stay out late it might be a little difficult since finding a cab at night wasn't so easy.

    This was an oasis. Rooms set in beautiful gardens. Outside restaurant was also in a lovely setting. I would definately r
    The charm of the hotel. The fabulous pool accessible at all hours and beautifully lit in the evenings. The friendly staff.
    Realistically needed a taxi to get places but they could be summoned within minutes.

    Good breakfast compared to Italian standard. It is located in a calm area. For us it worked well to take buss and metro to city center, but the service ended at 12, so if you want to have night life you need other transportation. Staff was super nice.
