Exceptional

Great place!

Anna was a lovely host, she made us feel at home. The place is great, the room was big and quiet, close to different restaurants and cicchetterie, it was easy to move around and visit the city. We will go back for sure, I've been to Venice many times, I've never been that satisfied with a place!

Unfortunately there is no breakfast at the moment, and if I really have to say something, that was it. Beside that, it was great, nothing bad can be said about this lovely place!

Overall great 2 nights stay. Will recommend staying there!

Anna was friendly and contactable via WhatsApp prior to arrival. Nice design, free complementary snacks and juices. Large table at common area where I can do my trip planning and WiFi also stronger there. I arrived by train and it is about 15min walk (with steps). I depart via plane, and property is close to Guglie station where I took Alilaguna ferry to the Vienna airport. Buy ferry tickets online.
