    Great place!
    Anna was a lovely host, she made us feel at home. The place is great, the room was big and quiet, close to different restaurants and cicchetterie, it was easy to move around and visit the city. We will go back for sure, I've been to Venice many times, I've never been that satisfied with a place!
    Unfortunately there is no breakfast at the moment, and if I really have to say something, that was it. Beside that, it was great, nothing bad can be said about this lovely place!

    Overall great 2 nights stay. Will recommend staying there!
    Anna was friendly and contactable via WhatsApp prior to arrival. Nice design, free complementary snacks and juices. Large table at common area where I can do my trip planning and WiFi also stronger there. I arrived by train and it is about 15min walk (with steps). I depart via plane, and property is close to Guglie station where I took Alilaguna ferry to the Vienna airport. Buy ferry tickets online.

    Ok for a short stay, would have preferred to be in less touristy area
    The room was large and nicely decorated. What looked like an original grand house in the online pictures, was actually painted to look like 3D detailing on the ceiling and walls. It was a disappointing fake out! Even though they said they dont provide breakfasts, we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, packaged cookies and breads and juices to make up a decent breakfast.
    There were little ants crawling all over the floor next to the bed, we didnt report it because we didnt want them to spray bug spray in our room, so we kept stepping on them when we saw them.

    Great value for money, will definitely go back again!
    Clean, spacious room within a renaissance and stylish property close to all the main sights of Venice. The check in process was smooth and Anna was very helpful. Good choice of continental breakfast.
