Fantastic

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. There are so many things to love about the apartment. Firstly the location. It was conveniently located near the gondola to First and close by to restaurants etc. If you dont have heavy suitcases or bags, you can easily walk from the station (about a 10 minute walk), if not I recommend you catch a bus or you would be pushing your suitcases up a hill. Second, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I was not sure if I would make it to the initial arrival time I stated when I did the online check-in. The lady on the phone was so nice when helping me. We ended up arriving earlier than expected and the lady who handed the keys over to us was very warm and welcoming. Third, the place was SUPER CLEAN. Like, amazingly clean and it made me so happy. The kitchen was a decent size too with a great selection of utensils to cook with. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Grindelwald.

Superb

A very comfortable apartment with nice views from the balcony. Very seamless access arrangements given the office was shut on the day we arrived. Well appointed kitchen. The lift was much appreciated given we had quite a bit of luggage!

Only minor issues but it would have been nice if there were a few small toiletries in the bathroom and some staples in the kitchen - more than two tea bags, a little coffee and some pepper and salt sachets. We cooked our own meals in the apartment and as we were only staying for 3 nights it would have been helpful to have a little of each of these.
