    some basic coffee and tea supplies provided instead of having to self purchase. pillow is flat, only one is provided.

    Room and location was great.
    They gave us one roll of toilet paper and one tiny bottle of shampoo and one tiny bottle of body wash for a five night stay. When we asked for more, they said we could buy more at the store!!! The kitchen had a good supply of dishes but had no condiments, no cleaning supplies and no paper products. They ask you to clean the apartment before leaving, which we didn't mind, but they expect you to take all your garbage to a city dumping site about two blocks away.

    It's very close to Grindelwald station, Coop and First gondola. The place is spacious with a good view.
    It's a little expensive if you don't cook. There are city tax, some fees, and refundable deposit. They provided one bath and hand each. You can bring extra or use the washing machine and dryer for feee. The office hour is very short. Contact them for early check-in.

    The staff were exceptional and very helpful with answering any questions. Location is central and close to train, bus, cable car lifts , shops and restaurants etc. Perfect for us.
    I didn't like leaving, I wanted to stay there for the rest of my life.

    Beautiful unit in a perfect spot! Great value
    The unit was perfectly located in Grindelwald right next to the station and supermarket. Also next door to the sport centre, great if youre after a spa. the unit had all the comforts we needed and made better by a beautiful view of Eiger ant outside our bedroom window and from the balcony. Staff were so helpful and accommodating, even printed out some things I needed.
    we found the mattress was a little uncomfortable but was fine for the week.

    1- beds are not comfortable 2- one of the reception (lady) was not so helpful when I arrived late (8 pm) . I called the emergency number and her response was not so helpful .note other reception employees were so friendly
