Very good

Would stay again if Im ever in Marseilles again.

Excellent location just a few hundred metres from the Old Port. Good size apartment with lift. Comfortable bed. No easy parking in the street but parking station close by.

For the price the apartment was good value and just walking distance to restaurants and shops. However the reception staff could have explained some points better, including the 500 security deposit. The apt was a few doors along the street through a separate entrance from the main hotel. Lightning in the hallway was slow to turn on.

Location, and cleanliness and once we received the correct room for 4 adults and 1 baby, we enjoyed the space.

Did not get the room we booked on the first night, somehow given to someone who checked in earlier. Following negotiations, the hotel provided an additional room for the first night. We then moved into the correct two bedroom unit on the second night.

Comfortable and clean

Very clean. Staff very nice and accommodating. The room is very comfortable and clean. I was on the 4th floor and it was quiet. Its not on a main road so no traffic noise. I loves the Rituals toiletries in the toilet

You can hear a little the noise from the room next door if youre a light sleeper.
