    Wonderful place with great hosts
    Suite location and room itself was great. Room is situated in an old building but room is modern. It's cosy, clean, very silent at night. There is a radiator in every room and air conditioning in bedroom - for every season :) Owners are exceptionally helpful and warm. A perfect stay in my favourite city.
    Nothing comes to my mind.

    Everything was excellent! Room was very clean, spacious, good looking, and had fridge, glasses. Distance from centre was 5 minutes walk, safe location close to centre. Host was very kind, nice, left us list of local restaurants. I would recommend this accommodation to everybody.

    Walking distance to city center, good restaurants nearby, close to Mercato delle Erbe. Very good communication with the host (Sofia), also she shared with us a list of restaurants in the area. She waited for us at the appartment earlier than the standard check in time :) Good size of the apartment, with everything you need.

    A great introduction to Bologna
    The location was superb, in easy walking distance of Piazza Maggiore and opposite the Basilica San Francesco and close to the Mercato delle Erbe. Good restaurants and bars nearby.
    The stairs were steep, it was pity the lift was not working.

    Perfect place for my few days in Bologna.
    Location very good, near to centre and very good restaurants at 5 min or less.
    Would have loved a bigger table for doing some computer work, writing etc.

    Excellent Visit in the Center of Bologne!
    The location was fantastic, easy walking distance from Bologna Central Station and very close to Piazza Magiorre. The apartment was spacious, had a cute little balcony for dining, was decorated perfectly and located in a secure building. Also, Sofia & Giulio couldn't have been friendlier hosts!
    There is no reception area for the apartment, so you must contact the hosts prior to your arrival so that they know your general arrival time at the apartment to greet you in person. We didn't have international cell service upon arrival, so that made it a bit more difficult unfortunately.

    Beautiful classic cityapartment!
    This is a super appartment which is in the centre of everything. Excellent bars, shops and restaurants literally outside your door, but it is also a haven of quiet and calm away from the hustle and bustle of Bologna. It is Giulio (the host) who is the star though! I have never met a nicer, kinder and more helpful host. He was patiently waiting to meet us even after our flight was delayed and gave us a very comprehensive apartment tour, providing maps, information, and a guide to the bsst local restaurants. He was even kind enough to book a very early taxi for us to the airport. Just the nicest man!

    Disappointing, misled by our search results, the photos, and the small print.
    The facilities looked to be acceptable except for the lack of windows or view to outside, however we didn't stay in the property as it was far from our expectations and so found instead an alternative at great expense.
    We arrived at the apartment expecting to have a balcony and outside views as indicated in the photos. However on arrival we discovered that it had no windows and although presented well it was very enclosed and we felt as if we were underground. It was not a space we could have stayed in for 4 nights and so we left and found an alternative. The host explained that the photos we had seen didn't relate to this apartment and that the specific details on the web site do not include a balcony despite our search specifying one. It was an expensive mistake not have read the fine detail!
