Excellent Location in Copenhagen

The property was in a great location close to the center with its shops and restaurants and a walking distance from all of Copenhagen's main attractions. The room was at a good size for 3 people, not huge but perfectly acceptable. There was a nice well-equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Very clear. We received arrival information with all we needed to know about the check-in and how to access the place. Also very convenient to leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out. We did not meet any staff but the team contacted me by phone messages and mail to inquire if all was well and if we needed anything, they also replied rapidly to any inquiries I had.

Nothing we did not like. Maybe a couple of minor comments. The shower has a shower curtain but no other separation from the sink area, it is a little annoying as all the water from the shower spreads out. Even leaving a mop to wipe the water would be good. Otherwise, there was a church bell ringing at 08h00 each morning, it was far beyond 8 simple rings and went on for long minutes. Nothing obviously that the property can do, unfortunately.

Truly amazing!

Really friendly and helpful staff, the location was perfect. Really close to all of the highlights of Copenhagen. With a small toddler this was truly terrific. It was easy to check-in/out and the apartment had everything we needed and more. Truly recommend this place!

Very good

The most on the ball and efficient team handled the process of booking through to leaving. They were very responsive every time we interacted. I felt like the whole stay was under control the whole time - very reassuring. Location is right in the centre of the most appealing sights and attractions.

Bed was small - we knew the size going in but separate duvets seemed to highlight more than usual how small a queen bed is. One side of the bed is up against the wall making it harder to get in and out and increasing the sense of smallness.
