I work for the US Post Office and I hardly get any day off. I came down to Panama with my family to get away from work which I was able to do. What I wasn't able to do was relax in peace. Day 1 was a nightmare. The code I received for the gate was the wrong code. I tried contacting the staff and when I was finally able to get in touch with them they had the worst attitude ever about helping me. "The email I received had everything I needed" No it didn't. I never even received the email to purchase the parking passes for the parking garage. Skip to day 3. I was contacted by a Vacasa employee telling me that an appraiser was coming to take photos of the condo. All of our things were up there and I'm down here on vacation. I shouldn't have to worry about someone random showing up into the condo. I waited all day for this guy to show up and he never showed. Day 4 comes around.. I receive a phone call from a guy who says he's with maintenance and that I reported a leak??? I never reported a leak. I told him there was no leak and I didn't report that and to please choose a different day to come out here because I had already rented it for the week. He told me he wasn't going to come by and that it'd be okay. He showed up anyways and insisted on taking photos. I wish I could say I'd be staying here again but the customer service was terrible. I enjoyed the condo itself but the huge inconveniences that I experienced was not okay.
