    Location, price, cleaness
    I've chosen that hotel because they offeres airport transfers. I've booked it for 4am but in the morning lady at the recetpion said there is no taxi available in the city. Fortunalely there was BOLD available.

    Location is good, close to everything. Good size room, spacious and clean. The bathroom also spacious. The room was on the second floor accessible by lift, overlooking the street with lovely cobbles pattern, restaurants and partial view over the Jardim Manuel Bivar and the marina.
    Bit noisy from the restaurant downstairs but quiet after the restaurant was closed. The shower doors did not closed properly and water splashed on the floor.

    acceptable for the price, but so much potential to be better
    The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The price was great
    The hotel needs work, nothing hot works. The heater blew cold air, the water in the shower barely got warm, there was visible mold on public areas. Just a lot of small details that detracted from it being great

    Just the shower and location
    The receptionist is beyond rude. We got there at midnight and was told to pay tax on the property (showers my booking.com receipt which stated tax was already paid and I shouldnt have to pay). Was told I had to so I complied. The double bed was made up off two single beds which were the most uncomfortable beds ever, they had springs coming out the mattress was at least 10 years old. Mould everywhere as well. Airco doesnt work gets a really bad smell of mould when using it.

    It was a fantastic experience.
    The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. Great location for a good price. We were overall very pleased with our stay.
