The toiletries (shower gel) were finished and there were no refills available anywhere in the villa.

Exceptional

Great location!

We loved our stay at ArcadOIA! It was in a perfect location, you can walk to everything. The apartment was bigger then I expected and so was the terrace. Harry was lovely and very accommodating. There is a sister hotel 5 minutes walk which you can use their swimming pool which was amazing. I didnt know this prior to booking so it was a great surprise. It was hotter then I expected in October so having the swimming pool was great!

Only one Air Conditioner in the property

I loved the location of the property. It was in the middle of the center and easily to reach all the stores and restaurants.

The property has only one Air condition in the living room and didnt reach all the rooms. The room downstairs was very far from the Air Conditioner and hot so we didnt use it at all.

Superb

Big apartment at a quiet location near the center of Oia

Quiet location and very close to the center, bus stop, supermarket, and all the important places and sunset spots. Great communication from the owner. Apartment with big, open spaces and very simple and nice design.

Maybe as a consequence of the touristic aspect and demand of Oia, it was a bit expensive. The outdoor patio can also be improved. The couch wasn't so comfortable. Nonetheless, this place has a lot of potential!
