Relaxing city break

Guesthouse was ideal for our city break. Very clean, host very friendly and helpful. Good contact before arrival regarding check in.

Hill back up to main shopping area, but bus and ubers available if you didn't feel like walking

A welcomed guest feeling.

The place is really looked after very well. I think theyre asian couple (i didnt ask) and much like how we treat guests in Asia, very hospitable. And thats exactly what I felt, a welcomed guest.

Theres no hook to hang up towels in the room, theres a hanger tho or heater to dry up. And i wasnt comfortable with cctv in the hallway, twas like big brother thing tho i checked my room, not there. Lastly, theres no bathroom, only shower room tho labelled as bathroom. No bath tub.

Location is great Room was very welcoming and comfortable Owner was lovely when we did meet her in person

Self check in, with no one to show you some aspects in the room for example Heating didnt work all the time and we werent aware of another heater available in the room until the day we left Toilet takes ages to fill after flushing due to old pipes etc Tv didnt work properly when we were just relaxing between outings

Very clean and not to far on a bus or walking from the centre. Lovely hosts Comfy bed so slept well

Very cold especially at night, even with the heater on it took really long to heat up
