    A wonderful break over Xmas and New Year
    The villa is modern and has great facilities. The outdoor area had a large family table, BBQ, outdoor kitchen, pool and spa. The kids loved the slide. The indoor had billiard table, large screen TV, Sound system for Karaoke and more, plus kitchen and 4 double ensuite bedrooms with additional bunkbeds. A great stay and would certainly use the property again. On Xmas day we organised for the housekeeper and a couple of friends to cook for us. great Thais style lunch by the pool. The owner was very responsive and pleasant and sorted anything we needed.
    The internet was restricted to browsing so downloading and logging in to certain apps for my work was impossible.

    Live up to their high rating review ! Definitely will recommend to others !
    Owner is friendly. Will try his best to accommodate your request.. we stay for 3 nights for 15pax. Room is clean & spacious. Facilities all in working condition. Location wise not a issue. As we got our own driver. 7-11 & shopping center are jus nearby. Breakfast send on time. Check in & out not a hassle at all.!

    Nice big house with lovely pool.
    The house was very spacious. The pool was great, and the owner even prepared charcoal for us to use for the BBQ. The washer and dryer provided in the laundry room were also helpful for us to do our laundry. The rooms were big, and the beds were comfy.
    Do note that this house is in a very remote area and our local driver had a difficult time locating it. There is no convenient store nearby, so do ensure you buy what you need before checking in. Also note that as of any topical asia climate, houses in remote areas will have lots of ants and mosquitos. Onwer does provide insect repellent, but do pack your personal ones along if you prefer to use something that you are comfortable with.

    The facilities are good, the bedroom and living room are also very nice. The breakfast was good too. But be careful of the pool side, it is easy to get hurt.
    Easy to get hurt at the pool side, and many flies in the pool, I can understand it is uncontrollable.

    We enjoyed this place very very much. The owner was also super nice and helpful. We had a problem with one air condition and someone came and fixed it 1 hour later. Big house with lots of beds and rooms. Nice pool
    No complaints. Only a little boring breakfast (microwaved food)

    the property was great as well as their management and service. location is a bit off the Main Street, but with motos then location not an issue. great swimming pool and slide. we popped the duck floatie. they got us a replacement one in like 2 hours time.
    wished they provided more towels, especially for the pool.

    Great house and great host.
    From the time we arrived, this was a great experience. The owner is a great guy and could not be more friendly or accommodating. The house is brilliant and has everything you could ask for and more. Wed left a terrible place we were staying in the night before to come here and it was a completely opposite experience for us. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
