It was a great stay; during check out we enjoyed the goodbye-ceremony. We just loved that!

Location was great (at center point), room size was big enough with wooden floor; spotlessly clean. Food was delicious! Room heater was perfect. Room decoration was very good. After check-out, we were amazed with 'good-bye ceremony' in front of the front desk. We loved it.

Room amenities could be improved. It was taking longer time (approx. 10 minutes) to get hot water for shower

Superb

Nepali owned and run Hotel, which made an excellent base from which to explore the country.

We had a triple room with a balcony, which was a good size and enabled us to relax away from busy streets. The management was very flexible, we came and went three times leaving excess bags behind. The day we arrived, we had a delay getting to dubai, and although we made the connecting flight, our bags did not. As a result, it took ages to get sorted at the airport. We were over 2 hours late getting out, but our taxi pick up from the hotel was still there, much to our relief. The hotel has a good reputation among the nepalese people which means it is reliable and good value. The owner speaks good English and looked after us really well. He helped us organise trips to Nagarkhot, Dhulikhel, Chitwan, and Pokhara, charging us a fair price (we checked). Breakfast is good and varies depending on the nationalities present.

Some are the facilities (particularly bathrooms) are tired and ready to be upgraded. You need to be good at stairs to have an upper room with a view. The hotel has suffered from new buildings going up close by and reducing lines of sight.

Overall it was an amazing staying at their property. More than me, my family loved the hospitality.

I loved the hospitality. When I was expecting them for a request they would say NO, but they took my every request positively and tried to make us feel comfortable at their property.

There was no lift and no view from the room. The room which was shown in the image, for me looks a little small.
