One of the best B & B's I have ever stayed whilst travelling on business.

Ashcroft Farmhouse was ideally located for my business trip. Parking facilities were excellent. The welcome from Elizabeth was much appreciated after a long drive and a days work. The property is immaculately clean, provides every requirement a business traveller needs and the breakfast is beyond excellent. Providing a very good selection of food Elizabeth catered for my Coeliac Disease without hesitation all cooked and presented to an exemplary standard in comfortable and clean breakfast room. I couldn't have been happier with my stay.

Nothing really. Its homely and cosy old fashioned comfort, so if you love that its the place for you, if you are looking for modern, standard chain type hotel its not for you

Lovely Place.

The complete experience was amazing. It was sad that I couldn't meet Elizabeth due to personal issues, but her daughter was excellent, and they gave me a non-required compensation for the breakfast. I strongly recommend this lovely place to stay in their Scotland vacations.

Elizabeth was a wonderful host. Breakfast was great. Property was close to the event I was attending. Worth every penny and will definitely return if staying near Edinburgh.

A Little Gem of a Place.

Close proximity to event we were attending. Really comfortable room and fantastic breakfast which was included in the amazingly decent price, best of all was Elizabeth the owner who is so friendly and has the most wicked sense of humour. A delightful lady.
