    Fabulous place to stay.
    Located in the centre of all local amenities, Breakfast was fabulous, will definitely be going back.

    Great location, friendly hosts, very dog friendly
    Our room was small which was ok but the shower room and toilet was extremely small. We are slim build and still found it difficult to shower. Also the wash basin was in the bedroom. We would have preferred to have a separate bathroom rather than the one we had. Shame as the rest was good.

    Great place great hosts lovely breakfast and great location
    Hosts were always 100% friendly assertive and also welcoming at all times never had issues and were always happy to assist me if I needed anything, Peter the nice guy who is one hosts went out of his way to cook a nice pie for me. Location was perfect in a quiet part of the resort and view from my roof over n was also perfect.
    Room seemed a bit like it needs refurbing as I could see ceiling was a bit undone in places and also shower head kept falling down whilst was having showers

    The rooms, the breakfasts!, the lounge, the staff, the little details like little dishes for your marmalade, the outdoor lounge, the pets, the good shower, the fact of single rooms so rarely available now etc
    Could have done with the volume of the radio a little down as there is so much uncalled-for sound everywhere . Just enough the encourage conversation would be good. But that's nothing. It was all good.

    Really enjoyed stay.def stay again.great being dog friendly.ideal position for anything in Llandudno
    Breakfast was very good.i had a full English and wife had vegetarian breakfast both were lovely.between 8 and 8.30 was a bit early for us as we do like a bit of a lie in usually.but it was fine.the bed was really comfortable.the hosts were really friendly.deffo go again.

    Lovely welcoming owners and nothing was too much trouble. Scrumptious breakfast and clean facilities and comfortable warm beds.
    My only complaint was that I found hairs in the shower before I used it from previous guests but im being picky.
