    Great value for money!
    It was a nice, cosy room with a nice cooked breakfast. I think this is pretty much what you'd imagine for a 'cheap and cheerful' hotel - it's not going to blow you away, but really great value for money!

    Convenient location for most things.
    Easy to find, good location.
    We are elderly and the hike upto the second floor was a bit tough. But the owners were very happy to assist us with cases. If we had specified a lower floor at booking, we may have overcome this.

    Breakfast and host were lovely. Great location. Parking space.
    Bedroom and bathroom were freezing. Photos need updating. Double bed uncomfortable, needs a new mattress. Light switch behind single bed awkward to get to.

    Warm welcome, ideal location, lovely room, great size and bed so comfy. Spotlessly clean. Tasty breakfast. Couldn't fault a thing and will definitely stay again.

    The stay could have been even better with a more comfortable mattress.
    It was a nice building with a perfect location - just between the Promenade and Llandudno Central and walking distance to each of them, with parking places near. It's a cozy hall and beautiful stairs. We had a light room with a high ceiling. Appetizing breakfast was delivered to our room (the dining room wasn't operating).
    I wish the mattress was more comfortable and the toiletries were provided (only handwash was provided)

    Ideal weekender stopover
    Nice little hotel. Well situated for the main highstreet shops etc not too far from the beach and Pier. Good parking. Competitively priced. Good choice for breakfast.
    Small ensuite toilet shower room. With sink in bedroom. But it wasn't a problem..
