A great nights sleep and with a little attention to a few details has potential to be excellent

Beds were extremely comfortable

Swimming pool was freezing cold so not really possible to relax and use as we wanted. Breakfast was underwhelming and it appeared there was a quota of items which ran out well before breakfast finished.

Comfortable family room

Rooms clean and spacious, staff absolutelly amazing, from reception (specially William who helped us first night so much) to kitchen and concierge. Breakfast with good options, but restaurant even better. Would recomend to stay here for nice holiday in Jakarta.

Wifi not fully functional in entire hotel. Our hotel room had some problems. Room did not have a window.

Beautiful stay in jakarta

Very spacious room, comfy beds, well equipped bathroom

No windows in the room. The restaurant is very crowded at breakfast time (it feels like there is not enough space for all guests) and the food is not refilled properly

Location of hotel was near Tanah Abang market. Maybe 2 or 3 minutes by walk.

Breakfast wasnt good. Staffs charged dishes late. Once I asked the staff: please charge hot tea, then waited for 10 min but nobody came. I skipped to drink tea.

It was a wonderful experience from the place to the people and I would recommend my friends to stay.

The staff were all lovely and always had a smile. The hotel was beautiful and the room was very clean with a very comfortable bed.

The position of the swimming pool was awkward, as it was out in full view of guests from the lobby. It could be in a more secluded area of the hotel I.e. top level
