1. Rooms were clean. 2. Allowed to keep bags for some hours at reception area after checkout.

1. I booked 3 rooms for 2 days. Since early check-in was not allowed, I booked one more room for the previous day. Once I reached hotel at 6:30am, they said room is not available. When I showed them the booking confirmation and my telephonic communication with hotel that my arrival would be early morning, they were very rude to me and atlast provided me their staff staying room for 2 hours freshenup and charged me the full amount 2000 INR, though my reserved room was not available. 2. Reception staff's behavior was so rude. They won't give much respect to customers as if we are there for something begging. 3. They won't accept any online/debit/credit card payments. They need payment by cash only. 4. They charged me for mineral water and tea bags provided at rooms. Nothing provided complementary. When I questioned this, they said if I give Good reviews infront of them in Booking.com and show them that, they will not charge for water. 5. Bathroom in one room was so bad and smelly. 6. They need 100% payment in advance at the check-in time itself. Before giving room keys, they demanded for money!
