Perfect place to stay at Waikiki

All hotel staff, without exception, were very attentive and friendly. We are grateful to all of them who really welcomed my family of four. Hotel is very well located in front of Duke's Statue in Waikiki beach, near many restaurants. Hotel room is like an apartment, one master suite (king bed and a big bathroom with a lot of amenities), another room and bathroom, a very big kitchen so well equipped (really like everything I have at home), a big living room with big smart TV (TVs on each bedroom too) and finally, a really big balcony perfect to have a breakfast looking to the sun rise over the sea. Before I forget to mention, wash machine and drier inside the room, and dish washer and very big oven in the kitchen too.Valet service for the parking is also included.

The accommodation was great. The only thing that could be improved is a new. Washing machine and dryer available. The current one is very old and made our laundry partly dirty. But otherwise very good apartment and great staff

Awesome views, great apartment, great staff.

Excellent views full length of Waikiki beach. Family of 5 adults in 2bed oceanfront apartment. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds were good, even the sofa bed. Ensuite was huge with stand alone bath. Was great to have kitchen and washer/dryer. Staff were great, helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the pool and bbq area was under renovation.

Great view of the ocean; comfort was lacking; NO POOL AVAILABLE

We had premium ocean front rooms with a fabulous view of surfers and sunsets, rainbows and the Royal Hawaiian hotel. The remodeling looked nicely updated over previous years visits.

Beds were hard. The HVAC was hard to regulate living room furniture not comfortable, very dim lighting. We had to pay a $45/night resort fee which they said was for amenities. They gave us a little shell lei, juice while we waited, a canvas bag with water bottles that were not insulated, a makeup bag with lip and sunscreen and a daily newspaper, none of which we wanted. Would have rather had our money.

I understood we were to have a higher floor . based on the view depicted in the photo when booking which had a view to diamond head . Instead we were in a lower floor which meant we overlooked a lot of other buildings & didnt have privacy on either side looking into our apartment & into others & only had view straight across to beach

Location was great overlooking Waikiki beach and being just back from the Main Street. Villa was a nice size and comfortable. Loved that they took us to the room and showed us around at check in. Welcome bag was a lovely touch. Valet parking was great!
