A great place to stay wthin easy reach of Roman tourist interests.

This was our 3rd stay over the years. It is a very clean, modern and comfortable apartment. The location is close to Termini Station and in a very good area with great cafes and within easy reach of the Coliseum and the main tourism areas of Rome without being overrun. Paolo is a very attentive and helpful host and we would certainly make a 4th stay when in Rome again.

Paolo is the best host which made my stay so PERFECT

Clean cosy and great location and great host, Paolo and his team. Room is spacious and location is super convenient and safe. Paolo the host was super accommodating and response was always prompt. He gave lots advice and info on dining , transport , shopping etc. He also went the extra mile to assist me when I encountered issues. Highly recommended. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Very kind people and filiberto makes feel you like you are in your own home. The kitchen where you can get your own coffe and cookies and snacks. They are open all day to help you in anything you need always with a smile.

A wonderful place, making our stay in Rome very relaxing.

A fabulous place to stay, very comfortable and clean. Paolo is a wonderful host, easy to contact and very helpful. Located close to metro and bus stops. Loved the kitchen area stocked with snacks and coffee machine. Would definitely stay again when in Rome! Should also mention it is super quiet, great for a good nights sleep

Highly recommend for your stay in Rome!

Overall this stay was perfect for our trip! Paolo was so incredibly helpful, what a host. Can't say enough great things. The location was very convenient and overall just a great stay and value. Would highly recommend!

The layout of our room was a bit awkward and felt tight but it still worked out. Next time we'd hope for a room that's more open!

The host Mr. Paolo was hospitable, warm, kind and very helpful. Even before we arrived, we knew we will be well taken cared of. The hotel was very clean and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The amenities, towels, toiletries, extra pillows, etc were well provided. The bed was super comfortable, just the right combination of firm and soft (thanks to extra mattress toppers). We also love the kitchen! It was well appointed.
