Very unhappy and not as advertised

The views and beach access

The lunch was overpriced for something you could make at home. Also, there was a menu, but the chef said he could only make burgers as there was no stock of anything else. He also did not know how to make a milkshake was terrible but i think there was no staff, so he tried, i just feel knowing that we should have never been charged full price. They also dont have alcohol on site, which should have been communicated before our stay, so we were prepared. We arrived at 3:30 and our room was not ready. We waited an hour before we could check in. Then, the room was not cleaned properly. You could tell it had been used. There was someone's dirty underwear in one of the draws. Also, the TV is terribly small to even see from the bed. The pictures are misleading. The lounge area is a common area, so it is not private. No dinner served at the venue, so we ordered food but had to go to the gate to collect ourselves as no one responded to any messages. Also, whenever we looked at it for help, we could not find anyone. The toilet had steins, and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. You could feel the indents. I put one of the robes on, and my body got immediately ichy. Terrible experience very disappointed for the amount we paid.

A reasonable stay that could have been so much more pleasant

The view was good and the staff did try and help

The air conditioning was a great disappointment. It did not work at all initially and even after a technician tried to fix it it was not really adequate.
