most terrible experience i had in my life

no water in the room for over 6 hours, and. when it came back, i could hear the water of the whole 1st floor through my room could not sleep at all. gym spa etc were closed so no one could use them either

1. Pure breakfast, we had 6 nights, and every morning the same food, literally the same. 2. Cleaning in room was not enough good, some days after cleaning we had crumbs on the floor, The bathroom vanity kits during whole stay werent been renewed 3. Very old renovation

Sad to say, but it used to be better!

The staff is helpful and friendly, allowed us to check in a bit earlier I liked the bathroom ,great water pressure and temperature with good quality toiletries

The AC wasn't properly working. The mattress was rigid Breakfast options were limited

One my birthday they bought a cake & bottle of Champagne up to my room. Totally unexpected & really made my birthday so special .

The notice period for the Hot tub was too long.

Okay if you have to.

Friendly receptionist and bar tender. Good sized room.

It was an okay stay, The beds are really uncomfortable and the floors not really clean. Toilets definitely need an update and the shower curtain must be replaced with glass. Also, they gave us a connecting family room. Really don't understand why. As it was a very quiet period, I would expect the hotel to provide us with a much nicer room.

The hotel location and public areas were great the food was very poor and after having dinner first night we didnt go again. Breakfasts were good. Pools and beach very good.
