Reasonable price for the Dells!

The place is very reasonable. It has pools but not really a water park. It was cost effective.

Check in was a little bit of an issue. The rooms were not ready at checkin and then the check-in was very long because everyone wanted to get in at the same time.

Nice place for family with little kids

I like that it comes with 3 hours knuckleheads tickets each day throughout the stay. That kept the kids busy. The staffs were nice and quickly resolved any issue or needs. Overall, I would stay there again, especially in summer when you also get tickets to Noah's ark.

We went in winter so there was not so much water fun for adults. The chlorine in the hot tub feels too much, makes your body itchy. The blanket is so thin and scratchy.

Everyone had an enjoyable stay.

The water park was just right for our families with ten young children, ages one to nine. We really liked the passes to Knuckleheads, great perk!

Our room keys did not work half the time, we had to keep getting them reset.

A great place where our whole family had fun.

I liked that this was a family friendly hotel at a reasonable rate.

I really would have loved if they had a restaurant on site or at least had breakfast available. Other than that, no complaints.

Very good

Was a nice trip but would recommend going to Wisconsin dells in the summer if you want more things to do.

Friendly and informative staff, room was decent.

Smelled like cigarettes and there was a burn hole on the blanket. Very obvious the room was smoked in before our stay.

Outdated, but part of the experience!

Loved our theme suite! Very "vintage" and fun! Jacuzzi in the room was huge.

Not the most clean. There was ladybugs and a different type of bug that we saw here and there. Even though the bed looked amazing, it was not the most comfortable. Could of had nicer bedding too.

It was horrible and NEVER stay again!

Shower had good hot water

Stained towels, dusty lamps and wall fixtures, toilet piece broken off, no USB ports to charge phone plugged in but didn't work, hair found on bed, baby roach fell out of outlet when I unplugged the dryer! Obviously the walls are infested with roaches! Staff didn't care once I brought the bug to staff at desk and just passed me off to calling manager two days away! I want my money back!
