The staff and the hotel amenities were amazing.
It seems like the restaurant only had 1 high chair for children, and it had parts missing. It would have been great to have a proper high chair as we ate at the restaurant at least once a day.

The Augustine Hotel and its outstanding staff epitomise everything that is so good about Prague.
The room was wonderful, but the breakfast was exceptional. We were made most welcome and the staff were helpful and attentive. The concierge in particular helped arrange a private tour of the Estates Theatre, something very important to us.
Other guests lolling about in dressing gowns, talking too loudly and smoking.

Hidden gem in the heart of Prague
Could not fault this place. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and very helpful and the hotel is beautiful. We stayed for our 5th wedding anniversary and were very kindly upgraded to a better room and had sweet treats and a bottle of bubbly waiting in our room. We were also given a complimentary glass of prosecco at check-in.
Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options including for vegetarians. If you opt for breakfast, try the pancakes!
The room itself was comfortable with an excellent bathroom with all the extra touches you expect from bathrobes to toiletries. The heated floor in the bathroom is definitely something I'll miss.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a beautiful location!
