In general, we were happy and satisfied with the hotel and services, we received

Located in the center of the old town. Lots of coffee places & eating shops around. Easy to move around. The hotel was very clean. Staffs were very friendly and nice

Our room was on 10th floor under the restaurant. It was a bit noisy, even late at night and you can hear the sound of water and dishes. Dont recommend the 10th floor or at least this room( 1001).

I was staying in Hotel Aurora from 27th to 30th. The service of Hotel Aurora was very good. Especially the customer care manager, Meli, her response was very good. I enjoyed the response given by Meli. I have never seen such customer care receptionist in my life. She attended the customer very well and supported him.

Great location for walking around the city, kind and friendly staff and if you get breakfast ask for fried eggs. They can also book a taxi to places like the airport.
