Very good!

The bed was very comfy and the staff helpful. The location was ideal as it was not noisy but close enough to the old quarter to walk everywhere.

There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room apparent after first night so we left the extractor fan on. Although I booked ahead and requested early check-in it couldn't be guaranteed or booked so after travelling far we had to fill our morning. Not the worst things but not ideal. Was only a two night stay so no deal breakers for us.

Great staff. They were so friendly and attentive, kept asking us how they can help and make our stay better. Comfortable beds. Beds were so comfy, fell asleep very quickly

Private room for Christmas party. clean nice room, large bed, in heart of Ph C Hanoi, so nice to walk around and lots of cheap eats!

Dissapointing. Very high price for what you get

Didnt have hot water, they tried to fix it twice but werent able to make it work. We were promised a change of room but that didnt happen either. The gym is closed, however nothing was mentioned on the web page. Also the bathroom was pretty dirty.

Great location, wonderful staff, good experience overall

Fantastic location near the Hoam Kiem lake, at weekends the streets around the lake are closed to traffic making it so much easier to walk and breath fresher air ( which is an issue in the whole Old Quarter area due to traffic pollution ). Had a room on 7th floor with the view of the lake, the room was quite big and the bed was very comfortable ( in fact probably the best in all the hotels we stayed in Vietnam including a 5* resort in Phu Qouc island ), we had initially some small issues with the room but the problems were corrected by the staff immediately which we appreciated greatly. In fact all the reviews rating the hotel staff very highly are so true, we were very impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness and attentiveness of all staff and Sandy, the Manager in particular ! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice for all tastes.

Some of the common area ( lobby, breakfast restaurant ) soft furnishings could do with a makeover or a better clean - there were stains and long black hairs on the chairs in the breakfast room during my 5 night stay, so obviously nobody vacuumed them at all
