Disappointing

Water was completely cut off before 10am

Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Good location, not too noisy and modern finish.

Water was completely cut off without warning just before 10am. When I mentioned it to staff at reception they didnt seemed to know of the issue but said it was probably some water works in the neighbourhood. I too often get that type of answer from places that do not want to accept responsibility. And assuming that was the truth, they should warn customers in advance so that we either stay knowing the consequences of not having water to shower, wash or use the toilet or get a refund and cancel. Either way I was disappointed with the way it was handled with no apologies or sincere promise that it will be looked into.

Superb

Absolutely perfect end to our holiday.

The amount of space in the suite. Nice stylish yet cosy design. Really comfy beds. The communal areas also fantastic. The location was great. The staff super helpful. All excellent.

Couldnt get bedroom TV working but werent that bothered. Also curtains did not cover windows in both rooms but again not too much of an issue. Just if you need blackout.

A quiet and nice place in the center of Playa del Carmen

The staff was really nice. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is near the main avenue, but it's in a very quiet corner.

The staff is really helpful, but not always well organized.

Staff was amazing Love the value of this hotel and the neighborhood they are in. Small dipping pool as aligned with most boutique hotels in Latin America Amazing AC, comfy king beds Near beach and lovely restaurants on 38th.
