Location, Staff and Cleanliness

Continental breakfast included. Quality good but could have included more variety. But I am comparing to a European Continental Breakfast, so perhaps this does not relate?

Exceptional

We love it at The Avalon and have vacationed there three years in a row.

The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and boardwalk. The breakfast is good, and dinner at the restaurant is fantastic. The staff is exceptional.

The bathroom doesnt have an exhaust fan, so the room can feel a bit humid after showering.
