A very good location and delicious breakfast.

The location is good. There are some shopping malls nearby and a convenience store is right across. The breakfast was very satisfying with various recopies. If I visit Jakarta again, Id like to stay this hotel again. I am very appreciated that the hotel arranged a spacious room for us. However the window frame of the room was not quite perfect to protect the noise from the busy traffic road. If you are sensitive to noise, better to stay a room on the other side from the traffic road.

Everything was perfect.

I've already stayed many times at Avissa Suites. Location is great, good WiFi speed, staff is very efficient and friendly, nice breakfast with a view. Everything was perfect.

Disappointing

Room full of insects

Breakfast was good, spread changed everyday. Hotel staff was helpful. Toilet seat was clean.

Room was full of bagworms - found them on the ceiling, walls, floors and on the bed. Had to remove the bagworms on or surrounding my bed every night. Also found spiders and mosquitoes. Other rooms which my colleagues stayed in also had mosquitoes, but they did not see other insects. Bedsheet had a red stain, thankfully, the staff was willing to change the sheet for me, but that process exposed the mattress which made me feel really uncomfortable to sleep on. Could hear the traffic at night.

The suite was nice.. the bed was good and clean. Check in was a breeze and the hospitality of their staff (restaurant) was superb. He went out of his way to get me my sigaretts at night while we had our welcome drink on their roof terrace. Thank you As it also our first night in jakarta we decided to skipp breakfast as their bed was so comfortable.

Very good

Good but not as good as my first stay here.

This was my second time at Avissa. Now I am sure that the last time I got upgraded cause the room was so much nicer than the 2nd time. For the 2nd time I got the twin bed room which was quite small compared to my previous stay. The room was clean as usual and comfortable.

The noise of chairs being moved in the middle of the night really bothered me. I stayed at 6th floor this time. The aircon is rather old and I was having trouble finding the switch for the lamp near the bathroom.
