If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing place, away from everything, this is definitely the place to be. We experienced a truly serene time at this place. The staff makes you feel like royalty, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. The detox food options, including vegetarian/vegan choices, were tasty, but maybe it is not for everyone, because it is served as a buffet with limited preferences. The Ayurveda massages further enhance the relaxation, and you get to meet authentic people who genuinely care for your well-being. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating escape.

The beds were not very comfortable, but it compensated with amazing ayurvedic massages.

Great escape from the crowded cities, perfect service, very nice food. Yoga classes and treatments were very nice and it is not needed to leave the resort during short stay - everything is there.

Excellent service and really beautiful retreat!

Staff were very helpful and the property is beautiful! We arrived at 3am from the airport exhausted and they did all to ensure the check-in process was easy. Location is a little far from restaurants (30-40 minute drive), but the actual property is very serene and quiet and surrounded by tall trees, so its perfect if you are looking to just stay at the retreat itself and not venture out.

A beautiful yoga retreat

The facility was very peaceful and set in natural surrounding. The food was well cooked and delicious. Staff was very helpful.

Internet connection could be better. The lighting on the side stairs was off and the rains made the steps slippery.

Incredible retreat with amazingly welcoming hosts, highly highly recommend to anyone visiting Kerala

The stay was absolutely incredible and was a highlight of our trip. I recently had the most incredible experience at this Ayurveda and yoga retreat in Kerala, and I can't say enough positive things about it. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I instantly felt at home. The doctors at the retreat were not only highly knowledgeable in Ayurvedic medicine but also incredibly effective in tailoring treatments to individual needs. Their expertise truly shone through, and I felt confident in their care. The hosts were some of the warmest people I've ever met, and their passion for Ayurveda and yoga was so clear. They went out of their way to ensure everyone felt comfortable and had a memorable experience. The lush landscape surrounding the retreat added to the serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. The rooms are also very very clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the vegetarian meals. Not only were they delicious and healthy, but they also played a vital role in the detox process during the stay. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and satisfying the food was while still being incredibly nourishing. As someone new to yoga, I appreciated the patience and expertise of the yoga instructor. They made sure everyone had the right form and provided modifications when needed, making the practice accessible and enjoyable for all. The on-premises production of medicated Ayurvedic oil and the skilled massage therapists were also a highlight. The massages were not only relaxing but also therapeutic, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and balanced. Definitely try the shiodhara oil drip therapy and the steam box treatment truly once in a lifetime experience. Overall, my time at this Ayurveda and yoga retreat in Kerala was nothing short of transformative. I left feeling healthier, happier, and more connected to my body and mind. I hope to return in the future for another incredible experience.
