    Horrible staff.
    The bar was nice after a long flight.
    There was a woman working the front desk that morning who was the absolute rudest hotel employee I have had to deal with in a long time- and I lived in Germany for thirty years so I know the difference in customer service. This woman should not be allowed to work with guests. The other lady at the desk tried to correct her and was embarrassed for her. All I did was ask if they had rooms available that night since the trains werent running due to the snow storm. I gladly moved on to a wonderful little hotel near the train station. Ill never stay at an Azimut hotel again.

    Great location in a lovely city!
    This was my favorite room of our trip (out of 4 locations). The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and a private balcony. The wifi was easy to connect to. The breakfast was quite lovely. The staff was hands down the nicest of our whole trip! I booked this hotel for it's proximity to transit and sites and it did not disappoint. Only a couple of blocks from the subway and literally right around the corner from a Medieval castle. It is also next a "Bio", which is like a mini mini whole foods. All this and very little outside noise.
    I had to think for a while to come up with even one thing! This hotel didn't seem to have any "off-hour" food choices. It didn't really matter w the Bio being right next door but a vending machine or kiosk to purchase snacks would have completed this lovely experience. The electric shorted out our first morning and only a couple of outlets worked. The hotel acted quickly and we came back to replaced lamps and all outlets working.

    The location is good. The grocery, and the bakery near the hotel is very good.
    As soon as we arrived struggling to get in from a double door with our luggages, two women at the reception just stared at us without a natural gesture of opening the door for us. They gave us a room near loud noise of drilling going on, then we had to move to another floor which was better. They should have never given out that room in the first place, and could have explained that there were works ongoing. The furniture was shabby and dull.

    Breakfast was good and tasteful. Location was very close to city centre.
    The bathroom was very old and there was huge noise from bathrooms from others rooms. We heard all noises from different rooms. The bed wasnt comfortable.

    Very friendly staff, 2 free mulled wine vouchers, great location with 5 minute walk to the castle. The location is really the best reason to book, and value for money!
    Only one pillow per person, pretty hard bed so not a great sleep and you couldn't really adjust the heat in the room so it got a bit uncomfortable to sleep.
