The most amazing place xx

Had the most amazing stay here. V was amazing and so was all of the other staff. So friendly and polite and hotel was so peaceful and beautiful. Thank you Baan Yin Dee we will definitely come back here xxxx

Great stay and nice room with lovely staff

The location was great and a easy walk into Patong beach. The staff was very kind and would try do anything for you. Room was cleaned everyday. Free shuttle was great too.

My only critique is that the shower would overflow sometimes and go into main bathroom.

The staff are great but it isn't value for money.

The pools in front were picturesque and the staff were amazing with their service. We initially had another room but there were a few concerns so they moved us to another room. They gave us free waffles as an apology for the poor WiFi. Which I thought was very sweet. The staff carried two heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs, I felt so bad that I had brought so much. Their breakfast options are really nice as well. I whole heartedly vouch for their chicken porridge. They have a shuttle service which was very quick to drop off us to Patong.

In our first room, the floor had a kind of loose floor board and the bathroom pipes was making a lot of noise, especially when flushing, the Internet was really weak in the room and the TV signal was horrible. Luckily they moved us but the second room, the floor was still slippery, and I did slip and fall once. Wearing slippers can be cumbersome but it was slippery barefoot. Considering the above, I would call it more of a rustic hotel than boutique hotel. The toilet had a curtain as a door, not sure why. It's just not what we would have preferred. Oh and they are stingy with water and complimentary snacks. I think their shuttle service should be more frequent because giving them one hour notice, you are kind of stuck in the hotel until the next availability. Or if you are willing to wait, then you can wait 20 minutes for a taxi and then another 20 minutes into town. It was hell coming back from Patong because the taxi drivers just didn't want to pick us up and the Tuk Tuk drivers were charging 300 baht one way.

We stayed in BYD for 6 nights. Overall, everything was fantastic from the room to the staff at reception, breakfast and housekeeping. Staffs are very smiley, friendly and not intrusive. V attended to us and few of the staff which we didnt get the name are fantastic. Amazing Thai hospitality!

Nothing at all. We were so busy during our trip. The only fault is the phone line in the room which was not working but its not a big deal to us. In general, it is the time for the owner to restore the the hotel to its former glory.
