Like the location and the newly renovated hotel rooms.

The design is pretty and functional

1) Limited car park - need to park at road side with coupon when I miss the last lot in the very limited in-house carpark 2) bed was ok but not the most comfortable - area of improvement 3) the housekeeper missed cleaning our room during one of the days we stayed, but promptly did so after we informed the reception

Highly unfortunate about the noise and the smell. Otherwise love the looks and location!

Love the updated building while maintaining the heritage.

The family suite we booked had a smell which didnt go away and was quite uncomfortable. The sound from the corridor, as small as just staff rustling plastics or people throwing up, I can hear from my room. Our next door person must be smoking and i can smell it coming through our room door.

Loved it!

Staff were always helpful and friendly, location was amazing! The whole place had charm was always clean and well presented

Breakfast wasnt up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. It was a fine basic breakfast but that was it. Limited fruits and juices, omelette bar wasnt always open and were always rushed and under cooked when they were there. Not a huge complaint at all just mentioning it because asked. Lovely roof top pool/ bar area but no bar staff other than New Years Eve, but cocktails werent even cold or served with ice even though they had ice when asked. Again no big fault, the place was beautiful and would recommend
