    In my room we kept seeing bugs crawling an having to kill many bugs in the room overall I was not happy to see any bugs in my room at all was not happy with that at all.

    It was in a nice location and the view was nice.
    The unit was infested with roaches and there was no accountability. I called and chatted with Vacasa as I was instructed to do with any concerns but then they didn't do anything to help. Everything was handled by someone else that they had to redirect the matter to and then that person never called back. We ended up leaving early since nothing was being done about the roaches and the "indoor heated pool" the glass walls that made it indoor were not up so without being closed in it was too cold to get in which was the highlight for my nephew so we made the best of it playing board games but don't leave your snacks open or the roaches will carry them away.
