    The owners are extremely kind and helped me book transport and sent me a bag I had forgotten at their place via post to Pai. Thank you! The breakfast is great. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Chiang Mai.
    Not an impressive room and I could hear my neighbours a little too easily, but it's still great value for money :)

    Located very close to the main square in the city of Chiang Mai and Tha Phae Gate. The rooms were very well suited for 1-2 people. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size as well. Apart from this, the lush greenery and the diverse aquatic life add an element of tranquility to one's stay here. And of course, 2 adorable dogs complement the amazing people who run this place very well. And FYI, the breakfast here is wonderful!

    The place is nice and clean. Very good location, close to all the local restaurants and shops, and only 10min away from city centre. Owners are super friendly. If you need any help with booking tours, renting scooter or any other travelling advice they will gladly help you to sort it out.

    Room was comfortable and the aircon worked very efficiently, I was made to feel very welcome and they helped with the tours I did. It is in a very quiet part of the city. A few minutes walk to get to the old city but Grab works and the property can phone a taxi if you need. I really enjoyed my stay
    Perhaps a little far to walk to the old city, but this is a very minor point

    The best and quite place to stay in Chiang Mai
    I really love this place and next time I definitely will stay here. The hosts are so warm, kind and caring people! I felt myself like at home. The location is perfect: it was very quite at night that's why I slept very well. The air conditioner and fridge work well. The bath and toilet have a lot of space. And the breakfast... It was very big, various and delicious. Thank you very much!

The first thing that struck me upon arrival was the lush greenery that surrounded the property. It felt like stepping into a serene oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The abundance of flowering plants created an atmosphere of natural beauty and tranquility that set the tone for my entire stay. The interior of the homestay was equally impressive. The attention to detail was evident in the wooden finishes and antique furniture that adorned the space. It was clear that Manfred and Narumol had put a lot of thought and care into creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance.
