Balaia Golf Village health club includes a hot tub, Turkish bath and a heated indoor pool. Massage treatments, and aromatherapy and hydrotherapy sessions can be scheduled. Worst place to stay

Location was good.

Notclean Wierd smell - had to ask for a change of apartment Zero customer service House keeping was not done for a day No handwash in the bathroom There are NO tissues in the barhroom Waste of money Yes its out of season, but why the hell should they open the resort to tourist without any facilities.

Nice pools, good sized rooms, reception staff great, comfortable beds, plenty of room in apartment, good location

Bad smell when water ran in bathrooms and kitchen. Ants nest in kitchen. Older staff member working in Italian pool restaurant quite rude and not interested in customers. Food on site poor

Absolutely recommend this resort, I would come back

This resort is absolutely stunning with white houses and well kept plants and gardens all over, there are several swimming pools and tennis court, the reception offers loads of activities to explore the area, so you wont get bored, and there isnt swimming pool gym or shows with loud music which I usually dont enjoy as I prefer to relax. The flat was spacious and very well equipped, it had washing machine, dryer, iron, sun umbrellas for the beach, TV with loads of channels in various languages, a terrace area with tables and chairs for evening dinners, fully equipped kitchen, there is wifi in the room and swimming pools, staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a supermarket just near the entrance, there is a stunning beach that is not over crowded at only 15 min walk, is away from the party and busy area but if you want to enjoy that is just a 10 min ride on taxi for about 7. Ideal for families.

I was very happy with the stay but if I had to add something perhaps the supplies were very basic, just a couple of shampoos and soaps, youll have to buy sponge, soap etc for doing the dishes, but it was no issue.

Stayed here several times but never in studio apartment and never will again worth paying extre for better accommodation

Not so good, as expected. Not sure if I want to have one more time experience.

Good, calm place. If only ignore the minuses, you can enjoy this place. As for me, the price should be reduced by at least 25% and I'd rather say about 3*, because 4* hotels should be in better condition.

The furniture is quite old, the number was quite distant from the "civilization", some sockets were out of order, the lamps are ld and lights poorly.
